Nore me, and i've come from a 172 Cup and a 182. But meh, this is needy sport.

They will be ok. Make sure the spacers are hubcentic. BTW i HATE spacers, ruin the handling. Mine lasted 4 days.

Agree. There are some right tools on here. I'd LOVE to see some of the cars that owners had on here when they were 17/18. Only the skirts and strip are over the top, hardly ruined. Also the comments about the suspension make me lol, when in the same thread "look at foxys car if you want to see...

Mint!!! For that price you should have got some H&R coilovers. Colovers dont have to be low, and you'd be suprised how refined they are :)

Great!!! thats why i've put off remapping mine. Didnt want to spend the money, only to have it revert back after a few weeks. What gains do you typically see on a stock 197? Its the flatspot i hate/want smoothing etc

But whats the point in remapping, if these features cause the problem a few weeks down the line? (not being picky/funny) :)

So if i wanted a basic remap on my 197 it'll revert back? Funny you should mention that, i had the ecu update from Renault with the kangaroo etc. Fine for a fortnight, now its as bad as ever.... Whats your thoughts RS tuning? I want a remap to get rid of the flat spot it has, but dont want...

get them and a remap + decat. You will be able to tell and it all helps.

I'd have a Cup no bother. Afterall, its what all the mags have been testing afaik. Also my looks would make up for the cars bad ones ;)
