theres an RB on pistonheads thats had a front ender, maybe buy your old one back and buy the one on ph and make 1 good car out of 2?

Decide for yourself, everyone is different and you know what you like best so pick the car that suits you the most, not the one that everybody else likes
I had a run with my mates gti180 in my ph1 172, through 1st, 2nd and 3rd the clio nipped it but 4th gear his car just caught up and got straight passed, no questions asked
The 206 only has a AAS Cat back system performance wise

Just get a video of the car doing the claimed figure and if it achieves it well done, but if it doesnt then you're going to look like a tool

Lets me honest, the 2.0 sports are pretty crap 0-60 due to gearing, so this car could well be capable of those times
they are one of the best places around the U.K to get exhaust systems made, increased flow through the bends not just using the same diameter pipe
