Its the ESP light. It means you are loosing traction on the cold damp road, wheels started to spin, ESP kicked in and killed the power.

DCi 65 if you can find a good'un, although the low running costs come with higher repair prices, and not really necessary for that mileage. Better than the 1.2 petrol engine though.
