Instead of lowering your car to prevent rolling it AGAIN, I suggest you should just take it easy.
Cant remember the last time I saw a car rolling off a roundabout tbh.
It doesn't make long term financial sense in terms of it being a luxury (I have no direct debits for my clio).
But if you want to be in a brand new car every few years I agree its the way forward. (the downside being you don't actually own a car if for some reason you could no longer make...
I would happily pay the tax if it went on road repairs etc, and if the CO2 grading actually meant that some of the money was used to offset the carbon produced.
But it doesn't. General tax pot.
So, big taxation on engines, big taxation on petrol, incentives for cheap economical cars.
