Well if the car needs to have its number plate light lit up in the dark, then its illegal without the rear bumper, correct?.... coz the rear bumper has the light for the rear number plate.

Right, i just happened to recieve my new headlamp today, but only remembered that my lights are darkish, nto the grey one :( and the grey one turned up! DOH!! But good news, the steam and mist has gone from the headlamp, but left some and i mean a very few some water specs.. have i gotten away...
