yeah the point of LLU is for the provider to use there own equipment/lines. but it is still a bt line for last mile or so;)

wlr = wholesale line rental.

LLU is local loophold unbundling. basically providers other than bt putting there equipment in the exchange. you need a bt line as always and yes you need to pay line rental on it. but most bb providers include wlr in the price of the bb service.
