For reference, the illumination on the fog switch comes on as with any other switch - they illuminate when switched on in conjunction with the sidelights :) As you correctly state, the dash display indicates the function of the switch.

It is a throttle cable yes, seems cheap though. Listed as £12 odd but that's an old price. 77 00 815 667 CABLE ASS C2 is what it comes up as.

The interior light depends on your Clio, 05 doesn't really help as there's different lights fitted dependant on spec levels etc. Fog lights are H3C

Right well the main plug looks complete, so as said above plug it in and try it out. As for the white and black cables, they appear to be the +ve and -ve cables to the LED's that are mounted in a line down the side of the cluster and the Halo's. I can only assume this is so you can have these...
