    Buy 16"'s and sportline springs instead IMO. Your current bad ride is more likely mostly due to your wheels than the springs, although spax aren't the best.

    1.4 8v is about the same as 1.2 16v. Its a tiny upgrade even if its to a 1.4 16v anyway just save for a 2.0 ;)

    Yup 182's have double exhausts sticking out the rear bumper, your describing a 172. Bit crappy really as 182's go for more than 172's but as you didn't know just hope you didn't pay a 182 price for it.
