Common fault on 172/182 - suspension
if its on full lock, the top mount catches the cars suspension turret. We looked at my sisters, and you could see where it was rubbing. We took a grinding tool to it, and removed a few mm. Done!- Gaz_

hmmmm well define better?! Standard seats are very supporive for a standard motor, goons who say they arent have never sat in them imo!!! I think the Sportster CS's would have been better on a custom subframe?- Gaz_

Disagree tbh. The standard seats are very good, much better than say the standard 172/182 squishy unsupportive ones. Only plus i can see is the weight saving.- Gaz_

Are 182 brakes naturally rear-biased?
Wouldnt have thought the rears do a lot? When braking the weight tranfers to the front? You'd be doing handbrake turns if the rears were more biased surely?!- Gaz_
