Some great new cars in here since I looked the other day. I like Remedi's del sol, funky little cars & his one looks a minter, love it on those wheels :D
I'm quite liking S15's too :)
Sorry to chip in here, any thought on a Samsung LE40B530 in 40" ? I've read mixed reviews so far, some say 2/5 others 4/5 some say it's too reflective, but ok at night with the curtains drawn. Other really rate it.
Richer Sounds are doing it for £450 - I can't really get near to that elsewhere...
^ lol !!
It takes the odd min or so (sometimes) to get satellites, but usually it's fine. The Garmin was dog sh*t tbh, it never got a signal, even with the other aeriel plugged in, so just directed where it fancied. Cack tbh.
I saw someone mention IQ routes, I've no idea if the Tomtom one...
Yep the rear is a torsion bar.
Never ghetto lower it !! It'll ruin the car & your insurance company will laugh at you if you stack it & try to claim. If you must lower it, do it properly !!
Re: ***How much is my car worth?***
I reckon it's a touch pricey, but £3100 ONO is fair (folk can make offers)
The only bits I'm not keen on in the ad is the amount you mention that you clean it (seems odd to me) also the paint technician bit, to me (and most others) that will be it's been...
Nah it's ok mate, I just didn't want a lot of pm's asking what i'd done etc, mainly as I never did the phase 2 wheel conversion. Just had a re-trimmed one on it.
I got mine from MikeyK18 off here (dude in Ireland) I had the first one done, it was £130 iirc, If i'd have given my wheel to him it...
Yep me too. I hated the Garmin I used, it was also crap at getting any signal through the screen, even when put in the cut out bit & with an aeriel. Awful !
My tomtom one works anywhere on the screen.
No don't PM me, as I only swapped my standard wheel for a re-trimmed one. So I can't help on fitting a later wheel.
There's mention in the other thread of fitting a phase 2 wheel to a phase 1.
This is the other thread,

I just lol'd @ that too.
... you wanna get an rwd French car mate, they don't work well in snow either !:( The backs ok, but it err, don't really steer.
I heard some Clio down Lakeside yesterday with some stupidly loud exhaust, I was quite away from the car & it was very loud, god knows what it must have been like in the car !:dead:
It was a sort of burgundy coloured dynamique with a set of muti spoke alloys on it. It sounded awful tbh.
It's easy to do, i've done it, although for the same wheel just re-trimmed. You'll need to disconnect the battey for about 20 mins before messing with it all.
If you were looking before the vee then yeah, you made the rigt choice not to get one.
Now you've got the vee maybe consider one later on ?
15k would have got you an almost new one, they do drops loads yeah, but that makes them good s/h wise. I'd consider one, I'm even coming round to Alfa...
