Brun, Its quite simple really. If you have a 4 channels Amp for example, something like 4x50 watts rms. Bridging means you could "bridge" 2 channels to utilise 2 x 100 watts, or "bridge" all 4 and use it a 1 x 200 watts. Trust me its so simple when you have an amp in front of you. Griff

Wongy, 7 does stand for 7 inches. I just meant that the "J" following it had no relevance on width. Im even confusing myself now!!!

Wongy mate hand on heart "7Jx14" for example simply means 7 inches wide with a 14inch diameter. J definately means the type of fixing for the edge of the tyre. I promose ask a tyre or wheel shop next time you are about. Griff

Lofty, There is no such measurement as Js!!! The letter J indicates the shape of the mounting surface on the sides of the wheel where the tyre locates when fitted. Offroad wheels have JJ stamped on them as they have a slightly different shape/bevel in order to hold the tyre on stronger. Griff

Havent seen the prices for members but they could have altered their prives since I asked for a quote. As for discounts on insurance I could not find any insurers willing to offer me a discount if I had security window film fitted. Griff

I went to Pentagon to get a quote for security window film. They are apparently the only company in the uk to provide security film with a Thatcham Q rating. Decided against it as they quoted me £650 and that was their "special Offer" price too!!! Griff
