rite....yer anyway jack the car up (secure on stands) look under att he back of the gear box..infront of where the cat comedown through the subfame... if you have a mrk1 172 then it will be oblong with two bolts at each end... if you have a mrk2 then it will be a twisted bar with the...

btw the fluid bottle is.. take the 4 bolts off the engine cover. lift the cover off as you look at the engine its right at the back to the left has a yellow symbol on top of it. unscrew and fill to levels. replace cover. make sure the screws are tight as they always come off
