It still wont be as good as shell. V-Power has more cleaning properties and long term benefits.
I have a mate who works for Shell Global Solutions (where they develop the fuel).
V-power is best. If you cant spare an extra £3/time then don't bother. I personally think its worth it though.
Go underneath the glove box, bend your back into an awkward S shape, push the grommit into the engine bay with a rod of some sort, make extra room on the grommit for your wire, replace.
1 bucket with clean water, 1 bucket with soapy water.
Dip your mitt in the clean water after every time you touch the car with it.
The idea is to remove any grit thats stuck on it and avoid swirling.
