Will the fault reader tell which sensor is needed (if it is that) Also, does the warning light need to be on when you plug the fault reader in? It hasn't come up since, and I have MOT next week lol

I have a creaking/minor knocking in mine too when reversing with full lock on. Renault said there was a little bit of play in the o/s ball joint at a free MOT check but other mechanics couldn't see anything wrong with it :S
