I have a 1/18 scale one of my car. I really don't care if it's deemed sad. I quite like the phase1 172, not seen those before.

Sad yeah. Thankfully there are not pics ! I did compare my old Eagle F1 tread with some Adidas Good Year trainers once, that's sad too.

Re: South East Dent/scratch repair day Yep mega hail stones. I left the car at my 'rents & went on a stag do, came back & the weather had done it ! None of them are bigger than a 20p mate. Most are little 'pin' type dents. Thanks. A Saturday or Sunday are good for me too.

Fancy ones look a bit naff imo. Ok black plastic ones look naff too, but who wants to emphasise their tyre valves ?:S Black plastic boring ones all the way.

I'd go for the K tec system tbh, it's unlikely come sale time that most folk will want a car that's been messed with like that.

It looks in very nice condition. I used to have one like it. Where is it now ? Do you mean you retired it for the winter ?

I've never tracked mine, i'm not sure i'd ever want to. It gets driven though & i'm not one of those 'clean freaks' who is always out there polishing it etc. If anything I like it covered in dirt (it's mint under the dirt lol)
