Ha ha, you wish. Ive never been a ned, and never will.
It may be, however you dont realise that its my car, my insurance, no help from mum or dad for the car. Ive paid for it all. I would say im doing well.
Depends, if you were a chav/ned, yes. But the ammount of chavs/neds on here are really low, if not none. So i doubt you would. So in answer to your question, nah. ;)
Its not the turbo that makes the noise, its the Dump Valve that makes the tschhh noise, as per you said. So your turbo will not make the noise, unless the dump valve is present to release the air.
Nope, didnt know he had them.
The turbo was already fitted when i got the exhaust, so i didnt bother with it. The sound is basically nothing. the "turbo" noise off of it does absolutely F... All, trust me. Ive even had a mate blast past me and change gear, not change at all with it. Just a...
I put RT dials into my clio this weekend. Now i have the option to put 16V oil gauges into my car due to my dash having the plugs take them.
Will my clio with the D-Type engine, have the sensors inbuilt into the engine to allow the 16v dials to work properly?
Thanks.
The exhaust is a full system. No mincy backbox, a full stainless system custom for a clio.
The blowtop, makes a slight noise when changing gears, it doesnt do much, just makes a small tssst, when changing up or down. Not mega loud. Just adds a bit more touch.
Well, here are the pictures you asked for after my thread from here

That was it before.

Most likely yes, get the insurance to take a look at it, you may actually be putting an illegal car onto the road and you will get done for it if you fix it.
Cat D and Cat C are fully repairable write offs.
However a VIC check is needed to make sure the car is road legal, so that means you...
Ohh you havent seen the rest of the pictures, i didnt want to show them all on here.
Click the link and look at them all!
I know, Mk1s seem to be a rare item these days, all the more effort to make mine look half decent.
That is true, however the first pic is not lowered, but air suspension.
Remember that?
Take a look what he is doing now.

Im not sure im a fan of this.
The wheels in that picture are standard Renault Wheels. Very 13".
An02rew - yes it is a 1.2l Clio. I like my biarritz badges, makes it look posher than a standard mk1 clio :P Seats are better than any normal clio.
Ryan - No idea, i think ill replace it anyway to find out why the hell my engine...
RT dials have a rev counter and a different layout. The dials i have in my clio have no rev counter and half the dial is petrol.
You will have pictures hopefully tomorrow if the weathers good after a quick clean.
Here are a few pictures of the car when i first got it. Basically the pictures i took the weekend i had the car after a good wash.
Since then there has been lots of improvements, however these have not been photographed yet, but will get taken during this week for you all.
Ive had the car...
I know everything. PM me if you want and we'll go for a blast.
PS - The wheels were CUP i think, not trophy. The new style i hadnt seen on a car before.
No, it had graphite wheels, it definetly wanst you, unless you had a girl in the passanger seat and a red clio mk1 gunned away from you at the lights tonight.
PS - Exhaust was dead loud on mine.
God damn that car is low.
I love that, mostly because the colour is the same. Not sure on the body kit however.
I need my car to be shiney one day too :P
Right heres my wee addition.
Yes you can power them straight from the ISO slot yes, its a simple swap and change in the renault. However you may need to add Spades to the standard renault connector, or cut it totally off and then place the spade one.
You will notice better bass and a better...
I had to install rear speakers by splicing into the ISO at the front and running cables along the side of the car. However i used standard renault speakers, which were replaced by SPL-X.
I think ill get some new kenwood ones for the front now that all my sounds seem to be nice appart from the...
You pulled up beside me and i was admiring your lovely 2.0l badges and lovely Trophy wheels on your Clio Sport.
Very very sexy car, nice missus too. But the car was super lovely.
Gunned away from you at the lights in my 1.2l however.
Nice car.
