aye does seem high price for the miles, but then it could be a minter despite of the mileage.
your going to have wear and tear eg. on the steering wheel (they all do on the mk1 172)
the bolsters on the seats may have wear also.
as dan says check the exhaust they are prone to fall apart...
when i changed mine me and craig changed it ok took about 1hr 30mins after we sawed through the rounded off bolts.
if you've got the correct tools its easy enough, this was on a mk2 ph1 172 so not sure if its different on the mk2 ph2
