If your mobo has a built in graphics chip it will have a monitor output, Otherwise you will need to plug your monitor into a graphics card which goes into your mobo (im assuming you know that :]) SO if you have a 8800gt (nice card btw) you wont plug your monitor into your mobo anyway you will...
