Re: Problems with your 197????
Trust me, they pick off with a finger nail ;) They are little bonded on specs (were on mine) Lee i believe has the same problem. Some 182's were affected also
Re: Problems with your 197????
They are not from the car. They come from the docks where they are stored/having the alarm fitted.......... There are be some metal/railworks near by iirc. Bit of detailing clay and your sorted.
Christ!!!! I ran the cup for a good 8 months with a crack all the way accross the screen from left to right. They are laminated, will never fall through.
Re: Problems with your 197????
Pmsl!!! Just because you ahd a faulty starter motor on the side of the mototrway, its the baddest designed car ever. I've had various Renaultsport Clios since 2004. Never had any starter motor issues, and its not a comon fault..... you bang on about it every...
Re: Problems with your 197????
Mines fine. Had the AC fault were as the ecu shuts it down as it thinks its going to seize, been in on warrenty, been fine so far. Re squeeking brakes..... why do people think this is a 'fault'? You want big 4 pots with hard compounds for good brakes, the trade...
Erm from quick fit or something?
Now if a Renault sport mech said it then fair enough....... I know some people who call themselves 'mechanics' but i wouldn't let them near a push bike let alone a car. Drums can brake better, but also over heat big time. Old mini's had drums all round. Initial...
Aye, they look good in the flesh. Having my now spare fucked set of wheels done Black or Anthricite come Autum, thinking coupled with a Cup spoiler/Red brakes and slammed look, would look good. Not *that* pricey either?
Joking??? I've had Black Gold, Ixell Anthricite paint, some for the GF's saxo and now some for the 197, all came fine!!! Bet its the post up to kilt land tbh, they are about an hour from my home :)
Yeah they seem good. I sprayed up a VTS spoiler for the gf's car and it was bob on tbf!! Same amount of mettalic fleck etc. Noticed it has to be a nice warm day to get a good finish though.
nay bad that :)
Got some Paint from Autopaint for the 197 as someone has scraped the Bumpstrip on the 1/4 :( Whats the thought on paint from there? Good match?? Gonna have a bash in a week or two :)
The CLIO bit is pinned in. The Renault and Sport ones are stuck on with black double sided tape only. Anything else (glue etc) and they've been off before.
