True, but mine was doing it too when I got my 172 (normal driving) Turned out to be the o/s driveshaft, o/s engine mount and gearbox mount needing replaced

I had a really good chat with Craig from APD about that as I thought the same - bulls**t according to those who match them! lol The RS inlet has slightly larger ports than the others but the casting is still as poor.
