i have a 1.2 16v sport clio mk2 phase one. viper induction kit, exaust and eco tek. my mpg is shocking, get bout 50 miles to a £10, and got 204 out of a £34 full tank. why is this, is it a common problem?? can it be solved?? :s help :s

i have a 2001 1.2 16v sport clio, it is currently dropped 35mm, but i want to change this to 60mm. In some mags and internet websites it states that i may need new shocks for this, is this true and what will happen if i do not get new shocks?
