I get that also. Someone suggested I check that too. I keep meaning to take a look but just cant be bothered!! If you get to the bottom of it please let us know.
Im always reluctant to take my car in to the dealers as they often come back with new faults!!
More chance of finding a Cup one, the lack of ABS means they crash more;)
Only joking of course. I was talking to a friend who works at Renault Wolverhampton the other day. They had a Cup in which had been rear ended. Obviously he had the front spliter (and wont sell it me). So there must...
Mine does exactly the same from time to time. Its worse in cold weather. I thought it was the trim around the vent which clears the windscreen, but its not.
Mines not doing it at the moment, but I think Ill just put up with it. The last thing I want is Renault taking my dash board out. Im...
I like the double.
I think this is JillyBs car:

I thought Opitmax was 98 also. The only thing is it doesnt stay that way for long. Its not got a very long tank life. It soon reverts to normal unleaded. Not that it stays in my tank for more than a few days :)
I think the manual says you can run it on standard unleaded, but the car will...
Its unlikely they will argue about Warrenty work within the first 12 months. After this time you will have most likely had your first service. You can then apply for your 3 years worth. Thats my plan anyway. It worked for VivJ.
So far Ive had a couple of things done under warrenty without...
He thought about kids. Although he didnt have any at the time. He also figured that if my Focus was too small we could get a Dell PowerEdge server in the Scenic with the seats out. Not that we needed too, the Focus was tardis like.
Quite impressed. Thats all you have to say. We need to hear more? :)
I take it you placed your order before you left. The test drive is always the killer. Very few walk away without leaving a deposite.
Having a bad day g? A rant out of nowhere ;)
He chose it because he liked it. He liked the driving position and the full leather. Not that it matters now as we both got made redundant and lost our company cars. Allowing me to buy the Clio :D
I think you are missing the point Rob. Very few cars offer the performance of a TVR at that price. To be able to do that the car is compromised in other areas.
The guy who owned the two I drove used them every day to drive into the centre of Birmingham. He was a big fella and needed to be...
Were the roads wet? If not then he was just messing with you. Ive driven a 4.0 litre and 5.0 litre Chimera. I cant put into words how fast these things are, but also how hard they are to drive. Clutch, brakes, accelerator are all extemely heavy. I had to use two hands to get the hand brake...
They are welcome to them:)
I like the Megane Scenic. My boss used to have a 2.0 litre Monaco. It was a nice comfy drive.
I see they are going to do a Grand Scenic. Doesnt that defeat the object of the Scenic being a small people carrier?
Id heard that CB1A. Any idea what the differences are for each territory?
Most imports over here are from Holland, Belium and France I believe, with some also coming from Malta.
Its got 3 years from the date Renault gave you. Provided of course its been serviced by Renault dealers.
First year is manufacturers, 2nd and 3rd are dealer covered, and they dont cover the full costs.
PM me your email address and Ill send you a copy of the letter Renault UK send out to...
26 with full protected NCB, one SP50 and a total loss in September 99:oops: and I still pay £1,042.00.
As Ian says, get your own insurance as soon as possible.
[Edit] Thats garaged and based on 16k miles a year.
Funny, I was looking at those pictures this morning while you were still waiting for the new wheels.
Your car is looking really good now. I liked it before, subtle, but now its looking the muts.
Ive only covered just clear of 3k but its feeling a hell of a lot better than it did. I think the cold weather is helping too, it just seems to rev a lot easier. Shame the roads are so wet, but at least it puts its power down a hell of a lot better than most powerful FWD cars.
Still making...
