mate, im in the same boat and believe me your best option is to swap the hubs for 58mm spacing ones. This increases your kit choice to the full range! Swapping the hubs will cost around £60, PM j3ned.

Yes, as I said in my original post about it coming from a left hand car. Would of thought Renault would swap the light round for right hand drive. Hardly a major task, took me all of 5 mins! lol!

Yes, because the exhaust is connected to the engine via the manifold, so if the engine is moving due to knackered mounts then the exhaust will move also.
