I would recommend Powerflow, but seeing as you want power, Id have to say K-Tec. Powerflow are great for sound and looks, but for power, Id personally goto K-Tec.. (I have a Powerflow Backbox myself) Daz.

17s are lighter than 16s on the same alloy.. well, go for it then. heh.

I done loads cosmetically to my car - but no engine mods - insurance never changed. My insurance Company dont care about cosmetic - as long as it doesnt make it quicker... Daz.

Mine follows the lines of the bonnet too... including round the headlights, which was tricky, because they come out in the middle (mk1, phase3!)
