    Looks like the 182 Sat Nav dashboard, rare stuff and very pricey from Renault. Best thing would be to build something like Has had.

    debadging a mk1 clio.

    For the glue one just heat it up with a hairdryer and it should peel off. As for the hole one, you either go with the holes or get it smoothed over by a body shop or yourself if your feeling confident.
