Where can you get that filler primer? I assume it is best used on rough surfaces to fill out all the cracks & blemishes before paint is applied

I got a few aerosols of the Halfrauds primer & lacquer along with a some of the paint I'm going to try out :) Have some 180 & 320 grade sandpaper and wet/dry paper too. Just bits I have put together from reading up on here :)
