Did you take the little bulb out?? You can actually put them in the wrong way. -Remove plastic bit again -Take out bulb and rotate 180degrees -Test before you put it all back in :) Hope it helps.

I do agree with you and I think it will be an option for my missus once she passes. If money is tight and this box will charge you for how safe/unsafe you drive, you are going to try and get the best out of it. A good example is when I first got my dCi, I drove it to try and get the best MPG...
