    Eibach Sportlines, Motosportworld. 40mm on std shocks, 60mm on uprated shocks. I'd go for the sportlines over say teh Apex 60mm.

    10 minute job max, unscrew the two retaining clips, pop the old one out, clip the new one in, screw back in. Jobs done.

    Some dealers put the code on the inside of the service book. My code was on the V5 for some reason though...
