My advice would be, do what you feel happy with. You can sell the 1.2 de-modded, buy a 55 plate which has warranty add your mods then hopefully sell the car on for more or equal to what you bought it for. Then move onto a 1*2 if that's the route your hoping for. If your only wanting to...

There will be on on the panel with the hazard lights and demister switch. Aboce the CD/Tape player. Goes: Locking button, Hazard lights, Rear screen demister.

Yep hold down the button and it should beep to tell you it's been disabled.

Also if you ask nicely some dealers will give you your code for free, if not there are some people on here who can get it for you for cheaper than £20.
