Not 100% true, silvervision still have a slight tint to them. Silvatec's are plain silver.

wheels are oz f1 cups, the centre caps are about £3 each from renault.

Maybe drop in a 172 engine & do a few mods to it ?? Ok it won't be turbo'd but your starting out with more bhp than a 1.8 16v (valver) engine.

No need to remove them at all, you can do just as good a job with a paint brush leaving them on the car.

try ebay, or powerbulbs.co.uk you need offset pin ones.
