You can't get the grips replaced, most people get the wheel retrimmed instead of looking for a new wheel :)

You don't have to "match up" your audio equipment :) Those speakers are very-much overpriced for what their spec is, especially for JL (not discriminating but JL stuff usualy is "affordable")
