    Gel packs are what makes the auto wipers work. I know that sometimes the window repair people use non-sport windscreens and often end up with the small defelctor part in the middle of the screen.

    If it's a bearing, just jack the car up and spin the wheel if it makes the noise like your describing then it's a wheel bearing.

    K-tec, motorsportworld if your looking for springs, Apex or eibach seem to be the most popular type of lowering spring. 40mm does make a difference to the car.
