I really doubt the 1.4 will have a recaro interior! :p I'd go for the 1.4, just for the rareity value, if I was looking for another car I would have went for the 1.4, don't get me wrong the 1.2 is a good car but very common.

04-06 dynamique is 75 for as 1.2 and 98 for a 1.4. The Mk3 shape is the brand new clio. 172/182 shape is the MK2 shape.

The mk3 clio 1.2 does have a turbo which takes it to 100bhp. The figures you have look like the figures for the Mk2 Clio.

Fitted to the ph1 172 as well, as the ph1 "sport" models.

5 years or 72k for a belt, your lucky that it hasn't gone by now. I think Renault were something like £500 for the belts to be changed, unsure on the exact price though.
