To remove them jus wrap the head of a flat bladed screw driver in electrical tape or masking tape, put it behind the trim and wedge it out, should be 4 clips on the passengers side and two on the drivers.

Does the privilege have the same sort of trim as the expression then? I.e, no air con, no fog lights, no rear spoiler and a poor interior?

I've blocked mine out as well, same with my sunroof rattling, I don't notice it anymore.

Nope, pretty much stuck with the noise. Just turn your radio up, will drown the noise out...
