Have you looked at mytyres and blackcircles, they usually have good deals on wheels. I'm sure theirs discount codes on here as well.
As for me I'd go for Eagle F1's or the Exalto's.
If you open the bot there should be 2 srews at each side holding it on. Unscrew these then unclip the old one, think theres two plastic things holding it on. Disconnect the washer jet and stop light. Job done, replacing is the opposite of removal.
