Jack it up, whip the splash guard and you've pretty got free roam. If you have long arms you can reach down and pull them out. Well I can, but I fitted mine myself so not sure if there meant to be that lose or not.

Why not just take it to a garage and get them to remove it, my dad had his 2 wheels removed and replaced for a fiver as the boy was jus an apprentice.
