wish I hadnt seen this - have spent a good few hours looking for one myself ever since. Am really tempted to sell the R26 Megane and get a 5 Turbo as a weekend/show toy and a clio 172 for everyday use - the megane is too big to fit in my garage and a 5 would fit perfect Really want a minter...

The problem u have is they will stick out too far and will look s**t. Only wheels that will fit are speedline turini's, oz superleggera, there is another set but I can't remember the name oh and also r26r wheels

You'll never get those wheels to fit a megane. Rorlta don't make anything close to what we need

Standard wheels look crap IMO - the turbines look far better I used to own a k reg 5 turbo - one of the last 3 registered in the uk. Was absolutely great but unreliable ad fook. Would love to buy a decent one - there nothing like them. Let me know if u decide to sell!

oh and this will be a controversial one but id love to do this and get a race battery

be careful at silverstone - is a bloody fast track - I got about 125mph down one of the straights - plenty of run off arears though but I found it quite scary (was my first time on track though and the car was 2 weeks old at the time)

youll never get a set of bbs rims to fit a megane mate - offset will be miles out jet sound is down to the split where the single pipe becomes 2 after the back box - needs to have a sharp point - my old R26 did it with a Prospeed exhaust and charlie advised thats what makes the 'jet sound'...

this isnt looking too bad - over 10 cars so far - fingers crossed for some sun! thought we could go for a spin up the coast roads over to southern down etc - get some good pics

still no where near as loud as the 172 was! tis good though - hopefully will get a bit louder once its remapped
