I wouldnt worry about the spring rates at all. You may need to turn the heat down on the driving style 'slightly' for the Ring.
Go from the 15 Tenth's in the video down to my normal 11 Tenths's and you will...

I bought a new Boxster back in 1999. Its still in the family now as I gave it to my little sister... consumables??? what comsumables!!!! 60k miles and still on original clutch, brake discs etc etc! Been faultless and very very cheap to run!

he only got away on the long straight as I kept finding a big bunch of neutrals as you saw in that video coming up around Folly. Was weird... think its a combo of me not having driven the car for ages... and be trying to be kinder to gearbox with slower changes and not actually putting it in...
