Ktec mapped it after I got the 438s put in. I called them up and they said it wouldn't have anything to do with the map but that may just be them covering their backs?

Thank you very much chip! i don't ever have any lights coming up and it's literally just when it's cold. When the weather is 10 degrees o higher it doesn't really happen. It's such an arse having to drive it with ice around, not the safest of combos!

Im having the same kind of problems with mine. Someone suggested it was the first heated lambda sensor. Maybe try switching the sensors around and see if you have the same problems? If the sensor has problems heating on cold mornings it may not read correctly until the actual engine has warmed...
