I think you can, you'd just need to find a set which clears them. My old coupe 20vt ran 16" wheels as standard - they cleared the coupes brembos (which look bigger than the 197's) they were tight though.

It sounds to me like the cable is worn, get a new speedo cable for it, that ought to sort it.

If you want the stadard look (i.e. not ott) then go for a spoiler from a valver (1.8 16v) or one from a williams, they are slightly bigger.

That's what I meant, the french & belguim tuning scene is crazy, they do some proper weird stuff out there.

I've had it for five weeks now. In that time i've been to two cs meets, plus one v6 meet. I did have a mint valver a couple of years ago, a car that I owned for three years.
