A gromet is a small black rubber circle, probably about the size of a 10p coin. If you poke the grommet out you be able to put the live (red) wire through.
Have a look under the bonnet & you should see the gromet.

From looking at the pics i'd say they haven't done a bad job, although i'd have done it as 172 rep not a 182 one as those exhausts look a bit wrong to me.
I feel that they have let it down by the 'replica' brembo's though.
That seller does not have that car at all (fooking scammers) It was on there ages ago - with the same pics.
