On the hardware tab the only things i can click are- 'device manager' 'driver singing' 'windows update' & 'hardware profiles' nothing about audio drivers :S thanks for your help guys Stephen

Any idea how i do this? not very computer minded TBH

the laptops running windows XP but it's every noise that comes out the speakers...really annoying. i've checked all the volume settings and stuff but to no avail :(

No it's not floating round the room... but all music/vidoes and stuff that i watch, the sound is very high pitched like it's been inhaling helium. Could anybody help? Thanks. Stephen

From what i've read in other threads it is important to change the waterpump but not exactly sure why to be honest. And not sure what the AUX belt is either, i'm sure someone will tell us. :approve:
