They do pretty much everything. They don't have a rr but do have their preferred mapper they use . Of course they can fit cams it's not rocket science. Check their website or give them a call
You live in Scotland. Swr in Stirling are Renault specialists who also build and race cars, they have worked on many members cars on here including mine and are top notch. Makes me laugh all the English on here that say 519 and btm like they are the only people who can work on cliosports and...
Quick pic, added colour coded door handles and ph2 side strips to clean up the look of the car, no doubt will upset the ph1 purists but I'm not a fan of the black plastic originals
I ran a ph1 2 years ago that had badly worn michelins on the front through the worst winter for decades, drove to work etc, forget winter tyres, get some r888's instead. :rasp:
afaik the top inlets from the ph1 are different to the ph2 and the 182 which are the same. i believe it would fit, but it requires mods to fit and is a ballache, so best to just source the correct one for your car.
keeping the standard rear lights and rear bumper, dont want to mess with it too much visually just liked the colour coded touches. yes iv considered a cup spoiler but very rare to find in iceberg silver.
yeah iv kept the original door handles and side strips so visually could return to standard easy enough, and also got the orginal springs, airbox etc etc so everything could go back on if i wanted to sell it completely standard. might be in a position to buy something newer and more family...
little update, car passed its mot yesterday, required a new windscreen washer pump which i had fitted prior to the mot. had advisories on 3 of the tyres, perished. they are cracking on the sidewalls, one of the tyres is a michelin pilot sx which i believe is the original fitment and the...
cheers john, yeah its got 2 of those on it already and the tread is still good so they have lasted years just starting to crack on the sidewalls a bit, think ill order up 4 of them and get them on before the weather gets any worse.
just checked, one of the back tyres is michelin pilot sx gt as above so probably the original, its pretty perished, the other 2 that are perished are michelin pilot exaltos.
looking on camskill and going by the evo 2012 tyre test where the hankook evo s1? came 2nd overall i may go for...
Lol, I know. Last owner had it for 6years, had 3 owners. Will check them tomorrow but they are Michelin pilots and look pretty old but tread isn't too bad just the tyre walls are cracked
I had to get a new washer pump but knew it needed that so they fitted it prior to doing the mot, oh and it will need some new front wipers soon too. Will be good to get some fresh rubber all round though
Had it mot'd, passed. Then fitted new ktec induction kit and colour coded side strips and door handles, then washed it, then went for a blast with the windows down and enjoyed the induction noise
