I have a GT just like you, I put a BMC panel air filter in, noticed a bit extra power and sounds a lot better, I also removed the filter silencer (guessing that's what its called) I'm looking at getting lowering springs and exhaust system.

I have added a GT Renault sport badge to the back havnt got a picture at the moment. Toby I no you said the part number but I don't have the funds to get coilovers. I have started another thread about lowering springs for my GT but no-one has replied. Does anyone have the correct part number...

Was it a straight swap for the gearbox? Not sure about the alloys, thats just my opinion though

Ahhh alright, around 71000 miles not sure about the xenons. I put a HID kit I'm my mk3 it was only 30 ish quid but did have to take the bumper off, if your thinking of changing the headlight unit you'll be taking is off anyways haha

HID kit instead of xenons? Looks like you got a right deal there! You will need to do the timing belt soon so try to budget that in too. Also whats wrong with the bonnet? Can't see anything bad from the pictures?

Nice and clean. Did you notice much difference in performance with the pipercross compared to the stock? I remembered reading somewhere that the stock was the best option in terms of performance

I have the same problem, tbh I didn't even think it was a problem. Only noticed it the other day as my sister said it. I don't mind it being on though :)
