there should be loads for sale around the 7.5k mark, it wont be that hard to get a decent one as they are only couple of years old. There are some people though who want loads more for their cup. If I was looking at the example you posted, id want it completely sorted first, then offer them...

apart from the cost of the insurance, you must check out the excess. i have a voluntery £250.00 on mine, but its £200.00 to begin with. the insurance is only £400.00 (im 24 with 3 yrs ncd) but the excess is £450.00!!! im with elephant.

Lexus light are hardly unique are they? if you do want to be unique, leave them standard, as loads of cars have those poxy lights now (i cant stand lexus lights they are soo last year) Great wind up thread this is !

mine got to 91k when the oil pressure pump died & there for mashed the engine. now its gone one thats done about 69k - 1994 M reg.

the last time the black one was on here it got ripped to shreads, personally i could have spent 25k on much better things !

shame about your valver, that 106gti is lovely (apart from the rear lights-im not a fan of them) my mate had one in that yelow (sundance i think its called) his was on a w reg, i loved it !
