The whole USB C charging port issues seems to be fairly common in phones, which makes it baffling that future iPhones will have to have them in the EU.

The wife got her new S23 the other day and it’s basically identical in size to the iPhone. 6.1” screen looks tiny compared to her old S20, but so much more manageable.

They do still offer an extra month if you select auto-renew. Although with the changes coming up I’m sure they’ll find a new way to screw everyone over.

I done the gold through the website using a VPN. Then on the console I went to upgrade and it wouldn’t let me do it. They’ve started blocking it recently apparently. I managed to get a one month Ultimate for Turkey and redeemed that online instead.

How long ago was that? I stuck a year on a couple of weeks ago and it said I couldn’t upgrade with my account in the UK.

You have to upgrade gold using either a card registered in that country, or an ultimate code for the same country. You can’t upgrade if your gold subscription was redeemed for a different country.

When possible it definitely pays to find the OE manufacturer these days rather than paying Renault prices.

That last one is the Crucial P3 Plus is it not? I got one myself last week. I’m still using a 970 Evo as my OS drive so it looks like I need to swap that out next!

The biggest problem with a lot of the phone companies now is that they separate the cost of the phone and data. Make it look like a good offer for the phone until you realise you have to bend over to add a package on that’s half the price on sim only.

So the wife’s upgrade hasn’t gone through because she forgot to change her name with O2. Forms were completed and emailed back to them over a week ago now with no reply. I was going to get her to cancel and start a new contract so she can just get the number transferred. I’m now wondering what...

I was going to say the same. Unless of course you’re the sort of person who takes their car to Halfords or Kwik Fit for MOTs.

They do have traction control, and ABS. The only ones that don’t are 172 Cups, unless of course it’s been removed.

All of those on at the same time could mean an earthing issue.
