To a race car, i would say yes. To a road car i dont see the point really.

Cant see it making a difference in performance. Will reduce the build up of oil on your TB and the pipes from the airbox, etc.

Yes GTI have a 24mm rear ARB, as do the S2 Rallyes. The VTS comes with 19mm or 22mm i think. I prefer the handling on my Cup to both of them imo.

Would it make a noticeable difference getting them set up? Is there that much of a big difference between GAZ and lets say H & R, for eg. Like i said they came on the car and to be honest i think they are very good.

Ened up going to Renault Saturday as needed them desperately. Bought discs, pads, and two exhaust mounts. Came to £289. Nice. :(

Got the exhaust mounts on the way now. But still havent got the bolts to hold the exhaust throught the mounts? Renault didnt seem to know what i was on about. Does anyone on here know what there called or have a part number for me? Sorry to be a pain. Many Thanks, Jamie.

Well £140 doesnt seem too steep for the clutch kit to me. I agree with you on upgrading it while its all out, but all depends on how much money it will cost for upgrades...
