Sent asking for an update on expected delivery date and what the logistical issues are. Once I submitted the form it said I can expect a reply within business days. That's cleared that up then.

Well that's purchased. Added in the desk mount so I can have a play around before I decide on the rig. As an added bonus I've just realised that all those prices are in Euros so it hasn't even cost me that much.
