Flat spots are on 100% of all 197's unless they are mapped out. Common flaw that everyone suffers from so don't think it's only you.
They need a bit of grunt to get moving as they're quite heavy tbh but if it seems a stupid amount, sure you're clutch isn't on the way out? Got someone nearish...
The Toyo mani normally knocks mate, it's a proper tight fit. Most 197's (as above) are a bit of a pig to get moving initially, especially first thing in the morning. Are there any misfires or anything along those lines?
I use tar remover from AG. Pour it over the badge, give it ten mins to soak and then fishing wire behind to peel. Use more tar remover to get rid of left over residue and then polish it up.
