I'm confused? RenParts dont make their own products do they? I'm sure they just strip written off Clios etc so if you buy a coil pack from them it should be genuine.
Have you got xenons mate? They do the "up & down nod" when starting the car.
As for grinding, sure the front pads aren't shot and grooving the discs? Or did you sort that?

Possibly because Renault will only sell the whole hub assembly and not the lower ball joints seperate.
If this is the case OP, speak to R Sports in Wembley and they'll sell you the ball joints for £56 a piece (I think) and they can be pressed in.
All depends on the damage though.
